Databases, APIs and automation
The part nobody sees but everyone relies on: well-structured data, reliable integrations and scripts that do the routine work for your team.
What we build
Typical jobs in this area. Many projects start small, with one integration or one script, and grow from there.
-
Database design & optimization
Schemas that match how your business actually works, migrations from spreadsheets or old systems, and fixes for slow queries.
- Data modelling and migration
- Query and index optimization
- Backups, replication and access control
-
APIs & integrations
REST and GraphQL APIs, plus connections between the tools you already use: CRM, ERP, payment providers, marketplaces and accounting.
- API design with documentation
- Webhooks and data sync between services
- Payment, delivery and accounting links
-
Scripts, bots & automation
Parsers, scheduled jobs, reports and chat bots that replace hours of manual copy-paste every week.
- Telegram and messenger bots
- Data import, export and parsing
- Scheduled reports and alerts

Questions about data
Didn’t find yours? Ask us directly.
We keep everything in spreadsheets. Is that a problem?
No, it’s a very common starting point. We move the data into a proper database and keep a spreadsheet export if your team still likes working that way.
Can you connect services that have no official integration?
In most cases, yes: through their API or webhooks. If a service has neither, we look at file exports or careful automation of its web interface, and tell you the trade-offs upfront.
Where will the scripts and bots run?
On your server, in your cloud account or on hosting we set up in your name. We add logs and alerts, so a failed job doesn’t go unnoticed.
How do you handle access to our data?
We ask only for the access a task needs, prefer test copies of databases where possible, and sign a confidentiality or data processing agreement on request.
Other services
Integrations usually connect to something we can also build or adapt.
What should run by itself?
Tell us which routine task eats your team’s time, or which two systems should finally talk to each other.
